Refund and Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at haulzy.store@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide a return shipping address
  4. Ship the item back at your expense (original packaging required)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.
